Loader Counterweight

Komatsu WA800 counterweight broke causing stoppage to a primary loader. Section weight over 3 Tons. A frame was made to line up pieces and clamp as required whilst a series of Masterlocks and Metalocks were installed. Material was inconsistent with many hard spots requiring carbide drilling. Masterlocks were from our stock equating to a quick turnaround for this emergency job – 3 days 3 technicians.
