Engine Mount Reclamation

Broken engine mounts are usually caused by accident damage. We have repaired hundreds of mount s over the years for manufacturers and transport companies, truck repairers, etc. inc. MBenz, Iveco, Detroits, Cummins, GE,  etc. Mainly large truck diesel engines, but quite a few passenger car motors as well. These repairs have to be taken seriously as a lot of strain / weight / vibration are on these points. We do not have failures on these repairs – you really have to know what you are doing here to avoid making a bad problem worse. Metalock as a cold engineering procedure is perfect for major sections, whilst smaller sections are often welded / thread inserted back further into the casting.
